By the time your vehicle is brought into the workshop, it has been assessed and authorised by your insurance company. Relevant parts are ordered and the vehicle is disassembled.
At this stage the vehicle is inspected for unseen damage and additional spares may be ordered. Structural repair work begins. Panels are reassembled and all work is inspected.
The vehicle then proceeds to the paint shop.

Here, the vehicle undergoes a multi step refinishing process.
This involves the application of primer, a preparation proceedure, inspection and finally paint is applied.
In accordance with our motor manufacturer specifications, we use only water bourne paints. This is a two step process.
Firstly the colour is applied to the vehicle and blow-dried, followed by a clear coat application which is oven- dried.
This is followed by a polish.

|
This is the final stage of the repair process.
The vehicle is assembled, re gassed, and pressure tested.
Final adjustments are done and the wheel alignment set.
Once test driven, it undergoes a complete interior and exterior valet.
